Problem with getting access to MCP profile

Good time of day.

In 2005 I got my MCSA 2003 certification. Since that time I have not been visited my profile for a long time.
Initially it was ok with getting access to it. Recently I tried to access to it but got the following:

The Windows Live ID is incorrect. Please try again.

I made the request to Microsoft support team and received the following questions:
Domain name associated with the Microsoft Office Live account: <Required>
Billing address associated with the Microsoft Office Live account: <Required>
Alternate email address associated with the Microsoft Office Live account: <Required>
Year of birth associated with the Microsoft Office Live account: <Required>

Then I received the second mail with the following questions:
1. First and last name
2. Phone number
3. Billing address
4. Domain name (ABC.com) or fourth level domain (ends with officelive.com)
5. Windows Live ID (email ID used to sign up for the Microsoft Office Live account)

Could anyone who was faced with the same problem give any clue what exactly information they need from me.
Especially I have no idea about the following:
Domain name associated with the Microsoft Office Live account: <Required>
Billing address associated with the Microsoft Office Live account: <Required>
3. Billing address
4. Domain name (ABC.com) or fourth level domain (ends with officelive.com)

Thanks in advance.

Because cloud computing talent is in short supply, Microsoft has reinvented its flagship credential, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, for the cloud. The new Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) shows employers and peers that those certified have the skills to do the job in an expanding market.
MCSE classes vs. Self-Study In Houston

Hi everyone,

I guess my original account and post was wiped out from that outage recently.

I'm new and I live in Houston, Tx. While I understand that this site is heavily into self-study methods. I am wondering if anyone has been to any sort of MCSA/MCSE training classes, and if it's worth it in the Houston area?

I have been tempted to get certified and I have to admit, the biggest challenge is being motivated and having the energy to do it on my own with the self-study method. One reason I would like a class is to basically meet others who are in the same boat as me, and being obligated to a class makes me more motivated.

The thing is that, if the classes generally suck and are basically just read MS Press book and have tiny quizzes as a part of the entire learning process, then I don't want to do it and it's a waste of money.

So can anyone vouch for learning in a class? Does anyone have any suggestions or good schools/classes I should check out in the Houston area? Or is self-studying the best method all around?

Thanks for any advice to a new person,
