Hi Kofighter,

I have to admit I didn't have the time to check all because I only fouynd the file yesterday. The exam I had was quite different, at first i thought not that difficult but found out i didn't pass. :nw:
Was surprised about the amount of ITIL pre knowledge needed by the way...

I'm gonna try once more (i can use the cert on my cv now), they cannot have that many variation in questions ey? if u have any more materials pls let me know!

Actually, I read both. The exam was not that difficult. In fact, much easier than I expected. The 2 dumps were still valid at the day I took the exam on 25/09.

If you happen to read the materials provided here below, you definitely will pass the exams.
1. I attach the PDF files - which are snapshot of official materials of Exin for this ex0-103 exams
2. I attach the VCE files (Sorry there are few questions repeatedly comes and I didnt have time to correct thoe errors)

Remarks: When you start the practice exams, just set the questions for exam as 40 and time as 60 minutes, you will better have the right environment of exam.

It is recommended to read the ISO/IEC 20000 part 1 and 2 to prepare for this examination.

1) ISO-IEC 20000-1 (2005-12-15) ITSM-Specification (24 Pages in pdf format)
2) ISO-IEC 20000-2 (2005-12-15) ITSM-Code of Practice (42 Pages in pdf format)
