This is NxOS Emulator Titanium 5.1(2) VM image.
Havent tested it thoroughly but several features seems to be not working.

Use any terminal emulator program (e.g putty) , specify serial connection & use piped name value (something like \\.\pipe\con1 etc) specifed with supplied image to connect.

solved, it must be correct the serial side connection : > This end is the server > the other end is an application

Do we have a real world connectivity to the simulator instead of serial connection. Can we put this vm into GNS by using cloud?

don't know about above mentioned software...but quick googling  recommends using vmwaregateway service to redirect it to a port to which we can telnet using putty..
