I passed and got 650/800, I don't have much experience with linux until this year so some of the questions I forgot.

Passed today 5.10.2011 studying this exam and from neotoko.

Just check the LPI.***.117-102.v2011-06-01.by.Altin.290q.vce and you are clear watched some vidoes from TrainSignal and CBT Nuggets about Comptia Linux+

730/800

Few question were modified and few where new.

1. difference between at and batch - think that batch runs when the system has lower CPU usage and at must be specified when torun
2. Question with crontab was a bit changed
3. whats the difference between /etc/crontab and the normal crontab file
4. name of vanilla x11 login manager
5. question with ISP a bit changed
6. which programs hold keys for automatic login via ssh - ssh-agent
7. Bits for IPv6 should be 128
8. The question for alias was complete changed
9. The question to disable temp an account was changed to - change PWD - to account to expire with chage - type exit into.login

LPIC-1.Li­nux.Professiona­l.Institute.Cer­tification.Stud­y.Guide.2nd.Edi­tion.
CBT Nuggets

Also installed and practiced Linux various distributions on VMBox.

also from Spigy11 modificatied questions above i will add that numbers 3, 4,6,7,8,9 were on my exam.
