I need to create a Standard Operating Procedures for a huge Cisco VoIP Network but I am stuck on how to format it. Does anyone have any sample S.O.P's for a network environment that I can use as a template and a place to start? I am not looking to copy it but just for a starting point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
