I get the following error when I try to download

Error
The download link has been manipulated and is therefore not valid.


Also, can you post the URL for teh FULL Ebook, instead of chapter by chapter.

Fixed the error. It's now working.

I uploaded as it was on the CD (i.e chapter by chapter).
