I have cisco router with call manager express configred to operate some siphones and some skinny phones
There are some hunt groups for departments (Configuration file attached)
An Cisco unity express card also configured as Auto-Attendance (ext:811) and Voice mail(EXT 810)
a GSM gateway forward the outside incoming calls to hotline 811 and as programed in grezly.aef file(attached as grezly.txt ) the AA will wait for the extension number from DTMF and should transfer the call to it.
unfortunately here is my problem
when the input extension number is from the hunt group numbers it will forward the call normally.
but when the input extension is a user extension number the call is dropped (debug attached calling 5002 as hunt group and 4030 as an extension)
Also there is a minor problem that when I reject a call and the sip phone , the caller will receive forwarded, forwarded forwarded (I am not sure if this is retailed to my problem or not).
Please I need your help
