Hi,
I'm an Oracle 11g OCP certified. In my humble opinion if you don't have any knowledge at all about databases then it is a pretty long way to achieve at least OCA, without training and knowledge's that you should have from working.

First of all start by taking the SQL Fundamentals exam, and after some practice, in which you should include some training's (and self practice if you have the proper environments to do that), you can take a shot at OCA.

I hope this is not sounding to hard, but you have to put a lot of mind effort for achieving your goals. Hope this will help you a bit. Best of luck.
