in case you hadn't RTFM'd..

Step 1Posted Image Configure a network serial port in VMware vSphere. See the VMware vSphere documentation.
Step 2Posted Image On the ASAv, create a file called “use_ttyS0” in the root directory of disk0. This file does not need to have any contents; it just needs to exist at this location:
At the vSphere console, you can copy an existing file (any file) in the file system to the new name. For example:ciscoasa(config)# cd coredumpinfo
Step 3Posted Image Reload the ASAv.
Step 4Posted Image Telnet to the vSphere host IP address and the port number you specified when you added the serial port; or Telnet to the vSPC IP address and port

I have this same problem of a continuous reboot.
Tried "Delete the VM from disk and rebuild it again. At first boot pick the first boot option. The ASA should detect itself as a clone and restarts automatically. After that it should work just fine." and it still doesn't work.
When I first tried this it came up after he second reboot.  Ever since I rebooted it won't come up.  One thing I don't have is he zip file.  I was given a copy of a folder off of a friends drive

Error I get is this:
internal error occurred.
assertion "vf_mode_init" failed: File "vf_api.c" line 135

I've tried deleting and reapplying the files a few times.  Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Virtual Machine Settings, then select 2 processors or 1 processor with two cores.
It works for me.
