is correct
we must prepend AS number sent to ISP-B-C or
must sent higher MED to ISP-B

I think answer is A & B.
For L3VPN, only RTs should match and MP-BGP is required for peering without IPV4 neighborship.

I agree with you it should be on PE2 on VPN-B. If we do it in P1 this will affect VPN A as well

Thanks a lot brother.
May you please confirm the following:

You are provisioning a new VPLS on your PE router. Your customer needs to send Q-in-Q traffic across the VPLS. in this scenario, which type of encapsulation is required on your PE router's VPLS interface:

A: Ether-VPLS-over-ATM-LLC
B: Extended-Vlan-VPLS
C: Vlan-VPLS
D: Ethernet-VPLS


Please guide as vlan-vpls and extended-vlan-vpls both support Q-in-Q.
