You should consult GNS3 docs/community for this kind of info. Should've Googled it instead!
Anyways, I googled this for you, and here is the link to the info that you inquire:

GNS2.1.3
GNS  2.1.3. has been expanded a lot compared to the previous version. Recently, several network simulators have been installed, and it feels good to use the new version. I feel that gns3 and eveN G are similar, webiou has not been developed, of course, it is useful. Generally enough to use, download the image of the IOU.
iOS can use the previous .py file upload method to crack the license.
See a good license method,
Automatic command generation
Make sure that CiscoIOUKeygen.py has been uploaded and execute the command.
Cd /opt/GNS3/images/iol/bin/
Python CiscoIOUKeygen.py | grep -A 1 ‘license’ > iourc

Generate license code
2. The browser is not compatible and cannot upload files. It can be uploaded and uploaded. Google can search for the version numbers of these two files.
