Hi

I also noticed when I enable ospf prefix suppression on SW111, I am unable to reach svi vlan 2001 from other devices:

SW111(config-router)#prefix-suppression

SW101#ping 10.1.201.111
Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 10.1.201.111, timeout is 2 seconds:
.....
Success rate is 0 percent (0/5)

SW111(config-router)#no  prefix-suppression

SW101#ping 10.1.201.111
Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 10.1.201.111, timeout is 2 seconds:
!!!!!
Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 1/2/5 ms
SW101#

So in fact, I can not reach any server in DC1. How can I complete other tasks when they ask to reach servers located in DC1?

Hi guys,

Do we need to active ospf prefix suppression on PHYSICAL interfaces? (e0/x ...)
I have heard some rumors that devices will be reloaded before being read by proctors. Reloading devices in DC1 may make our output not the same as Cisco's.
Anybody confirms here?

Thanks.
