i don't know if this is the correct platform or form to ask this question. If I am at the wrong place please accept my apologies and if someone could guide me where I can ask this question.
I work in an enterprise in the IT team . We had a policy until recently that password for any user should not be changed. So some users were using same password for more than 5 years.
Now we got instruction to have the password change every 3 months. We are using windows server 2012 and 2016.
IT staff do have an Admin password to access any users desktop and we use keepers to keep the username and password for the users. So when we need to login as the user to check if anything is not working under his/her profile we do use the user login and password otherwise for anything else we use the admin username and password.
Is there a way to force user to change password every 3 moths but we do get a copy of the new password so that we can keep for our record.
Any help will be much appreciated.
