I have CCIE4Career and Spoto labs for TS1BT3 - Question 7 DMVPN

In both solution involved DMVPN phase 3 with redirect/shortcut commands needed. No summary is used at the hub which sort of defeats the purpose of phase 3 but that's a side issue... It's not a best practice test. :)
However the verification differs between the two in that all traces in Spoto show with the redirected traffic pattern (ie, phase 3 redirect has occured) but in CCIE4Career the trace shows with the hub in the path for 145.67.89.66.

The only way I could see to force the hub always into the path was to run phase 2 with no next-hop-self on the hub and then create a summary route on the hub to keep the next hop for 145.67.89.66 as the hub.

It worked fine but seems a little much for a tshoot ticket so I wanted to bring it to the community as my feeling is that the question is really phase 3 focused and I just saw a sort of typo in the CCIE4Career guide.

What is the concensus? Still with phase 3 for the lab if this comes up?

Correct for phase 3. That's what I think the solution is supposed to be, the validation diagram just didn't line up with that fully. I think it was an issue with the C4C materials. Thanks for the thoughts!
