Hi Guys,
i gave the paper today and passed with 75% :-) and here is what I noticed about the exam:
1) No questions came from Jn0-100 dump.
2) Some questions were from the student guide that Juniper has given.
3) There are quite a few questions which will be related to general networking.
4) 5 questions were on subnetting.
5) One question was on bypass-routing with the ping option.
6) Got a few scenarios based questions mostly are there on routing policies.
7) Few questions were there on firewall filters.
8) one question was there on MAC address i.e which part of the MAC address is specified as OUI.
Hope this helps.
Saurav

Hi Saurav,
My congratulations on passing jn0-101 and thanks for sharing your experience.
In your opinion, do you think studying Student guide 1 and 2 is enough to pass this exam?
Regards,
Paul.

Hi Paul,
Thanks.
In my view it will certainly help. Most of the QoS questions that I got were from the Student guides only. If your basic networking concepts are clear and you have studied the two Juniper study guides then you should breeze through the exam.

The first 6 characters are the OUI. I found this on the internet and not in the study guide. For the most of it you should be fine.
MAC
00:06:25:FD:32:EB
OUI
00:06:25
