My Questions are:

Q: What is an Oracle instance?
Q: What is a view?
Q: What is referential integrity?
Q: What is a cursor?

An instance is the software (and memory) that Oracle uses to manipulate the data in the database
A view is simply the representation of a SQL statement that is stored in memory
Referential integrity rules ensure that one-to-many and many-to-many relationships are enforced within the relational schema
A cursor is a mechanism by which you can assign a name to a "select statement" and manipulate the information within that SQL statement
