mc36 310 Posted September 26, 2015 (edited) Has anyone tested this router software? hi, -tsystems sold about 30 physical routers with this software since 2010, most of them are still online. -niif/hungarnet is using it as primary/secondary fullbgp route reflector for a lot of afis/safis since 2014. -niif/hungarnet now using it as a sniffer: it terminates pwes from pes and operators can control captures from web. -an evpn/pbb testbed is deployed between geant and hungarnet, the results will be presented at geant symposium 2016. -ripe opensource chair also notified and he will carry out conformance tests, will be reported at opensourcerouting. -and finally, reports started to arrive from individuals who given it a try... try it out, write your opinion here or by mail and i'll honor it at greeings page: Hidden Content Give reaction to this post to see the hidden content. regards, cs Edited September 26, 2015 by mc36 14 5 2

nu11 3 Posted December 14, 2015 I haven't got a chance to test it yet, but it looks really impressive! This is the first free software router (that I'm aware of) which supports eVPNs! For exmaple - cisco's IOS-XRv doesn't have a data plane for VPLS, EoMPLS, AToM, EVPNs. Cisco's CSR1000V doesn't support EVPNs eiher. I'm really eager to test it myself. Great work guys!
