rose87 strikes again. Completely impractical to try to download this without a premium account with those sites. Just go to Udemy and buy it, it's dirt cheap with a discount code (just do a Google search for "Udemy voucher" and only pay about $15). I'm not trying to advertise Udemy or anything, but in this case it costs WAY less than subscriptions to CBT Nuggets or INE, so just take the hit for a few bucks. Or hopefully someone besides rose87 can upload some straightforward links that show they genuinely care about the community, rather than trying to make a quick buck.
