triack1 0 Posted May 28, 2019 @ MrR0b0t Here is how I am running the KeyGenerator.java file. Btw, I have not had a problem generating any keys thus far. I have been able to validate that they all work fine with the exception of vRealize Network Insight. The only reason that I have not validated those keys thus far is because I currently do not have it installed. I built a Debian 9.8.0 VM with Oracle Java SE Development Kit 11.0.1 (the .deb package for Debian). I created a working directory folder on my desktop and placed the files and folders in there. I am working on my Windows 7 Laptop to get all of the DLF files into folders titled of what they actually are or show up as in vCenter Server Appliance License area. The OpenJDK seems to be very testy and works when it wants to. The Oracle Java SE Development Kit seems to work well on Linux, but haven't tested it on Windows. All of the keys I have generated seem to work fine. Make sure you actually copy and paste the complete hash. If you miss one character it will produce a key that is invalid or generate an error. I hope this helps you. how do you find the dlf files?
knightwillhem 20 Posted May 28, 2019 You will have to look back in the previous posts. I believe it is listed in one of the scripts at the bottom where to find the DLF files. I do not have that information with me at this time. Also, to update, vRealize Network Insight generated keys are working. I have tested all of the keys in 6.7 as well as 6.5 and everything works great.

vuser 614 Posted July 10, 2019 does the license-HorizonStandardConcurrentUserH7_ed69a172a54bf8b540446ac0ef37807e2f2892c6 in the DLFs works for desktop virtualization? I'm not running Horizon so unfortunately I can't give you an answer on that. does anyone have DLF for VIO? I have not looked at VIO at all so I don't have them. Generally though DLF files are distributed with every product, so you may be able to find them in the filesystem somewhere.
cmITex 550 Posted July 10, 2019 (edited) @vuser what does the LicenseEdition indicate inside the DLF file StartFields = "Cpt, ProductID, LicenseVersion, LicenseType, LicenseEdition, Epoch, Option, Hash2" Cpt = "COPYRIGHT © VMware, Inc. 2013" ProductID = "VMware ThinApp" LicenseVersion = "5.0" LicenseType = "Site" LicenseEdition = "thinapp.horizon7Standard.concurrentUser" Epoch = "2016-1-1" Option = "31" Data = "capacityType=concurrentUser;suiteLicense=secondary;desc=VMware Horizon Standard for ThinApp;suiteDesc=VMware Horizon Standard" DataHash = "ea320282-b215b896-49b27743-69df594a-cff7987d" Hash = "a2ec9ab9-21499171-6d01c6f1-d4c44787-a99bff0a" Hash2 = "b69b815e-1ed5433d-a216627e-8ab70694-54be00f4" Does it mean a license for thinapp?
