Good evening guys, I'm having difficulty with the answers to the following questions, could you give me your opinion?

- zero downtime for a limited number of critical virtual machines (VMs) (Fault Tolerance)

- migrate running VMs between ESXi hosts without interruption to the operating system (vMotion)

- perform these functions using VMware ESXi servers, vCenter Server, and high-speed network interfaces (just info)

 

3: CD

C. The application will require one large subnet. (since there are like 400~ VMs large subnet needed)

D. The application will require a method of balancing and recovering sessions between sites. (When coupled with a proper load balancing solution, this application can continue operating even with the loss of an entire data center)

 

4 : BDE

old certs and time sync is important security breaches so these are best practices.

And restricting vcenter access is another factor for security.

SDK or default roles have nothing to do.

 

5 : C D

 

Non func requirements are about how to do something to achieve design goals. Thus, using something to do something required is non-functional requirement.

 

using 3des to encrypt VMs is non-func (how to)

using 10Gbits (we need to expand to second DC and failover to PC but how?)

 

6 : Seems like D

Company must minimze cost and it also ensures accessability while connection is lost.

 

 

7: B

Proactive HA all about hardware fault.

 

8: CD

Current compression ratio 1:8 but it is not validated for new workloads

One cannot simply say a disaster will not affect us

9: BC

 

Capacity will exhaust in 180 days, you the architect and vendor says i cannot deliver hosts in 90 days

and change advisory approve this. (risk)

If VM encryption used no space will be available for backups what a (risk)

 

10 : A B D F

FTP nothing has to do with content library.

You dont need minimum of 10GbE it is not strictly required.

 

11: B

you need at least VR 6.5 and vsan 6.5. Since vSan 6.5 comes with vSphere 6.5 only applicable choice is B

 

12 : C

 

NUMA is all about p2v core mapping. So if you have 10 physical core you will have 10 vCPU local vNUMA access

A and B not sufficient memory and D sucks with local NUMA access.
