Due to licence/serial file issue, some of our friends are unable to implement the Viptela practice lab. This is for them.

I have created my own Lab for practice and uploading the same of the needy friends. "SPECIAL THANKS ROOT FOR THE IMAGES"

Procedure:

1. to extract use 7zip

2. Extract vmanage 2 files in same folder

3.. when power on, use version 18.xx

4. before power on, create one LAN interface  as per the snapshot

for using should IMPORT into vmware workstation correct ?and which version of workstation 18.x?

EDITED : how many GB of RAM should be assigned in order to work appropriately ?

3.. when power on, use version 18.xx ----------this is Viptela IOS version. you will get 2 versions- when vmanage boots, it will select version 19.xx but have some issue. Just select version 18.xx

yes you are correct.... 

24GB is sufficient

There is another vEdge and if someone required that, let me know to upload that. System RAM should be 32GB to run all the 3 vEdge vedices with all 3 cotrollers

Thanks R2013 . How does the Authentication work for these devices . Means for certificates what do we need to do . Thanks in advance .

Thanks R2013. Appreciate the reply. I understand the username and pass is admin. How do the devices authenticate with each other . The Enterprise CA Certificate etc ( which is used for devices to authenticate with each other). Are certificates not needed ?  Thanks for your help

This is enterprise root CA and created manually.

Just go to vshell of vmanage and use ls for details like CSR, CERT etc.

also you can check the certificate validity from vmanage GUI
