So how to pass this test with a decent score? Read through the GSX material. Some of it is dry, most of it is very tolerable. Don't go overboard memorizing anything. Read to learn & refresh. Do the end of chapter questions + read through the solutions. Then when you're done, read through one of the sample exams on the boards here (or eBay, Google, etc.) to get an idea of what topics you need help on -- note that only a few of the questions on the exams here will you actually find on the test. Then re-read those sections in the GSX material. You'll be fine, don't sweat it one bit.

Head's-UP Collection-NitezZz:

I barely passed the 9L0-062 exam a couple of weeks ago, had to wing it. Unfortunately the following vce is outdated, exam had lot's of unexpected "curve ball" questions on wireless configurations and MAC OS X 10.6 features.

I took the exam today and passed. the 9L0-062

Some questions I remember -

Three finger trackpad options - basically what does it do

I out down "Swipe to Navigate" which is the default in 10.6 - the funny thing is that there is an option for "Dragging" and in 10.6 Sys Prefs, if you pull down the bar you'll also see "Dragging". I'll assume Im correct with swipe to navigate.

Another question I can remember had an exhibit -

Yellow Icon and an Airport

What does this mean?

Active and Connected

Active and Not Connected * I selected this

Aiport not functioning

Cant remember other option

Anyways, go over the old outdated VCEs here, there were a couple of Time Machine questions from there on this test too.

Hope this helps someone!

I've also passed the 9l0-062 exam and I've only used the Support Essentials book and some knowledgebase docs from Apple's site. There were a few questions from the current .vce file, maybe 10-12. Others comparing new features/improvements from 10.5 to 10.6 versions, some related to networking / "wake on demand" / mail and iCcal setup with Exchange. Also, know start-up screen colors/icons and what they represent, at which stage. Some questions were pretty basic and overall it is not a hard exam. Good luck.
