  1. Unless they dumped it on Safari (boooo!), the book is not listed on Amazon or even Cisco Press/Pearson. Heck, I'm shocked that DevNet Associate might *finally* be coming out at the end of the month, and *maybe* CCNP ENLSD and SecCor. SD-WAN and CCNP Wireless have been pushed back, yet again.
  2. Apologizes if someone already asked this (didn't see it when I skimmed the thread), but does anyone have a copy of "ap3g1-k9w7-tar.124-25d.JA1.tar " hanging around? I've got newer autonomous images, but I want to give that one a shot as an experiment for my "poor man's Ekahau SideKick") EDIT: BTW, even Cisco TAC marked that image as for Site Surveys only, which is what i'm using these for.
  3. It's not out yet. I preordered the 200-901 while back, and it probably won't ship until July/August. Same with the CCNP SD-WAN book, and that combined CCNP ENWLSD and ENWLSI Wireless book. Weirdly enough, the Data Center DCCOR book is already out yet. Ordered it and ENARSI, and they showed up 2 days later.
  4. You have buy the Deluxe version to get to the hardcover, and the PDF. 200-301 Vol2. and ENCOR have been on Safari for a few weeks now, but Cisco Press/Pearson just shipped my books yesterday. ]
  5. Well Well, they tried modernizing the Network Fundamentals section a bit, but you're correct that the largest change in Vol 1 is Section 8, which is all Enterprise WiFi (looks like they're doing the same with CCNP ENCOR). I've got 200-301 Vol 2 and 350-401 pre-ordered, and they aren't scheduled to ship until Dec 27th and Dec 29th, respectively. (I've heard they're already available on Safari, though). At least from the roadmap, it looks like they're overhauling the SDN section to focus more on automation/programmabillity. The CCNA DevNet course guide isn't scheduled to ship until like May 2020, so there's no telling what's in that one.
  6. FWIW, I've got a 7 day trial of 12.6.1. No activation/crack, or anything, The same is true for those three versions of AirMagnet I asked for Trials of. At least the evak if Ekahau 10.0.x lasts 14 days. Anyone got some tricks/files that'll let me use those longer? Everthing I say online demanded money, first.
  7. The latest version is 10.x, and while I've *seen* folks claim they beat the activation/licensing, they all demanded money first. Someone in the above link posted ESS 9.0.3, but I have not tested it. Just like I have a trial of Omnipeek 12.6.1, but I doubt that "crack" for 12.2 will work. I also requested three different trial versions of Airmagnet but the clock starts the minute the file is issued. :
  8. Let's put it this way, they aren't listed if you log into your VIRL account, click "download VIRL", and go through the available VMs. Whether these will be part of that upcoming VIRL 1.6 update, I dunno. I haven't tinkered with them enough to see if there are any regressions (like there were with that IOSvL2 VM released after 15.2-4.0.55.E), but the build dates are more recent.
  9. I've got three completely moronic questions:: In the dropbox repo OP was kind enough to provide, I noticed that the c3750 switch images are named either c3750, c3750e, and c3750X. I happened to be given a pair of Cisco WS-C3750G-24TS-E1U 24 port switches, with an IP services IOS. Would the regular c3750-advipservicesk9-mz.122-46.SE.bin image I have work with those (I also have the .tar version of that file), or do I just muddle through with what's already installed on them? Second, I also got a pair of c2911-SEC/K9 routers. The ones in OPs dropbox is all 15.x Universalk9 images (which I assume means I need to ask Cisco how much a license/support contract to get more recent images of those cost. Presumably an arm, leg, and several internal organs). Those haven't arrived yet, so I don't know what is installed on those. Did those ever come with a non-universalk9 feature-based image that I don't have to pay extra for, and won't phone home regularly? Lastly, I snagged an AIR-CT2504-5-K9 WLC to go with the 5 3602i APs I have (they also have the AIR-RM3000AC-A-K9 3600 AC Modules already). Anyone know what the the most recent version of firmware for those APs are, and what I could update that WLC to? It has a 5 AP license, which is fine for my purposes. Thanks! (and I apologize in advance for the dumb questions).
  10. Can we get a repost to a site that doesn't require registering an account, in order to download the ebook? Especially since it's asking for a paid subscription plan?
  11. There's only 3 files listed on the download page for 18.1R1.9, and two of them are RE images (one has the .img file extension, the one I got is a .vmdk). They list the PFE as being in that Vagrant package that you need to double extract using 7zip: [Hidden Content] That's all there is for 18.1R1.9. The page for 17.4R1.16 has 4 files, but two are vagrant packages, while the "regular" RE and PFE are .img and .qcow2 files, respectively: [Hidden Content]
  12. I found two places that would let me upload that much, without requiring a Pro level subscription. They will only retain the files from 7 to 30 days, so get them while they're still available: Link 1: [hide][Hidden Content]] Link 2: [hide][Hidden Content]] Link 3: [hide][Hidden Content]] Due to the time limit on these, I'd recommend someone download them, and make them a magnet link for bittorent.
  13. Any idea where I can upload it? It's about 900MB to 1GB. Dropbox is off limits (as is google drive), since I use those for work. I can try putting it on Mega, but they'll take it down with a quickness. Any other upload site that will allow up to 1GB uploads without requiring special paid tiers, or who will let me upload a file of that size and not take it down within 24 hrs? I forgot the name of the one I had found previously, but people whined about needing to supply and email address (ignoring that it's trivial to make a ton of burner email accounts).
