  2. Hi all, could I ask some advice, please? I currently work for an IT/Telecoms firm but I work in a Customer Service and Admin capacity and have done so for almost four years. I'd really like to move towards IT, possibly something like Helpdesk, as I hope my current experience would be relevant. In my current role, I do first line support too for broadband and line faults, so I've got some experience when it comes to trouble shooting. My quiestion is, can anyone suggest some entry level certificates I could take to compliment my experience? I'd really prefer to avoid college/uni - been there, done that and too old for it now! LOL Any follow on certificates to take afterwards, would be great too. thanks!
