  6. Can anyone, who appeared for the lab recently, comment on the UCS manager version Cisco uses in the exam? There seems to be a rumor that cisco using 2.1.3a for fixed and 2.1.3b for mobile labs and people are facing trouble with that in lab3? Obviously the question comes, what kind of trouble and I am unable to find the specific answer for that. But at least if someone is confirming on the version, will test it and verify about the validity of the rumor. Best,

  9. Is there is any issue if I don't give the command "Spanning-tree port type edge trunk" on NXOS uplinks towards UCS Fabric Interconnect, can someone please put more light on this, is this command is mandatory for Fabric Interconnect uplink or not.

  18. How can we map a sub organization with service profile template in Cisco UCS, can someone explain the procedure
  19. Hey Guys, Yesterday i was doing my rack session, configured everything right. Checked my int VFC's on both N5k's, it was showing up and VSAN was up as well, but strangely i was not able to get the flogi on UCS. I did associate the Server and it was showing in vifpath but error was Bound Physical Interface Down, I did tried to trouble shoot but did not came with answer, Anyone have any idea where to look for this and how to resolve this issue if we are going to face. Zoning is properly configured on MDS2 and i configured MDS1 as well and getting flogi on MDS1 and 2 both, anyone can help me on this, i really appreicate. Atif

    Lab 2 Section 3.7

    Could someone clarify whether or not the servers in Lab 2 and/or 3 have local storage? I'm guessing that since the lab is asking to modify the storage policy to no disk, there must not be any local storage on the server itself... could someone verify?

    Hi , Can some clarify the below doubts for LAB 2 Section UCS (3 ) - do we need to create vlan 71 - do we need to remove vlan 50 from the up-link po 10 and 20 - do we need to pass vlan 50 on vnic template Section 4 do we need to put " no cdp enable " in question 4.1. why or why not, Thanks Joravar
