  1. Hi guys, I'm asking myself about section 1.2 (L2 Ports and VLAN assignment). Will the physical drawing be given or do we have to draw it our self? And will the Ports (Switch to Router) on the Switches be already in the correct vlan? 3. Hi Folks, I was working with UD's IOU MPLSv3 Lab, question says " you are not allowed change any existing configuration (but can add) on SW1" but SW1 doesn't have VLAN 114 in the allowed list of trunk eth2/2 I used "switchport trunk allowed vlan add 114"; but this command won't show up in the run config & since vlan 114 was only one blocked vlan, as soon as i enter this cmd, "switchport trunk allowed vlan" totally disappeared; I'm just wondering is this only solution or there some other way to solve it out? Please comment ! & will it be a valid solution to this incident, as per cisco's guidelines & points will be awarded for it?
  4. Gents... I want to know what you think on this: So the Storage VDC and N5Ks are connecting to Servers via FCoE, right? We configure, say N7K2 like this: vlan 200 fcoe vsan 200 int e3/1 (for the sake of the example) switchport switchport mode trunk switchport trunk allow vlan 200 spanning-tree port type edge trunk no shut int vfc 1 bind interfaces ethernet 3/1 no shut vsan database vsan 200 interface vfc1 exit NOW, my question is: Do need to add: switchport mode e switchport trunk allow vsan 200 under int vfc 1 and remove it from the vsan database or keep it the way I have it? we need spanning-tree port type edge trunk as it's going to a server...
